Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript Language

Manuscripts should primarily be written in English. Occasionally, submissions in Arabic and French are accepted. All texts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English, using either British or American spelling consistently throughout the document.

Manuscript Length

There is no strict restriction on the maximum length of papers. However, authors are encouraged to be concise and focus on the clarity and relevance of their content.

Article Template

For convenience, authors may use the journal’s article template. Please note that usage of the template for submission is not compulsory and is strictly limited to the purpose of submission to the journal for peer review.

Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF document format only. The text should be formatted with double spacing and standard margins. All figures, tables, and references should be properly cited within the text.

Contribution Types

The journal accepts multiple types of submissions, including the following:

  • Original Research Articles – Comprehensive studies presenting novel findings.
  • Review Articles – Summarizing and analyzing recent developments in a field.
  • Case Studies – Detailed examinations of specific cases relevant to the discipline.
  • Short Communications – Brief reports of preliminary research or significant updates.

Manuscript Organization

Manuscripts should be structured as follows:

  • Title Page – Includes the title, author names, affiliations, and contact details.
  • Abstract – A concise summary (150-350 words) of the study.
  • Keywords – 5-7 relevant keywords.
  • Introduction – Provides background, objectives and significance.
  • Materials and Methods – Describes the methodology in detail.
  • Results – Presents findings clearly with supporting data.
  • Discussion – Analyzes the results and places them in context.
  • Conclusion – Summarizes key findings and implications.
  • Acknowledgments – (optional) Recognizes funding and contributors.
  • References – Lists all cited sources in the required referencing style (APA).

Copyright and Permissions

Authors retain copyright but grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the manuscript. Any third-party material used (such as images, tables, or lengthy quotations) must be properly credited and used with permission when required.

Ethics and Consent

Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards, including obtaining informed consent for studies involving human participants. Any form of academic misconduct, such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate submissions, is strictly prohibited. Ethical approval from relevant institutional review boards must be stated when applicable. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet ethical guidelines.

Peer Review

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate the originality, methodology, significance, and clarity of the manuscript. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments before final acceptance.

Once the article is accepted and payment is verified, it is processed for publication online on the website.
