Article Processing Charges (APC)

To ensure the sustainability of open access publishing and to cover the costs associated with editorial services, peer review, production, and dissemination, we have established the following Article Processing Charges (APCs) for all accepted manuscripts. There are no submission fees for this journal and there is no charge for rejected articles. Below are the details of the APC structure and what it covers.

Discounted APC Eligibility:

Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries (based on the the World Bank classification) are eligible for the discounted APC of $25, reflecting a 50% reduction from the standard rate.

What the APC Covers:

  • Editorial and Peer Review Services: Professional handling and evaluation of manuscripts by our editorial team and expert reviewers.
  • Online Hosting and Maintenance: Permanent hosting and accessibility of the article on our journal's website.
  • Digital Object Identifier (DOI): Assignment of a unique DOI to each published paper, ensuring persistent linkage and easy citation.
  • Acceptance Letter and Publication Certificate: Provision of official documents confirming the acceptance and publication of the manuscript.
  • Indexing in Academic Databases: Inclusion of the article in relevant databases to enhance visibility and discoverability.
  • Open Access Provision: Ensuring the article is freely accessible to readers worldwide.
  • Archiving: Long-term preservation of the article for future accessibility.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Efforts to promote the article through various channels to reach a broader audience.

Methods of Payment:

Authors can make payments using the secure online payment form provided below. For local payments, use the currency converter to convert the amount from USD to your local currency before proceeding with the transaction. Receipt will be generated upon payment and sent to your email for your records.

Refund Policy:

Please note that refunds are not provided once the manuscript has been accepted and published. Authors are advised to ensure their submission meet the journal’s guidelines and standards before proceeding with the submission process.
